It seems that everyone around you knows how to eat well, follow a lifestyle that is good for their body and soul, and knows exactly what to do to be happy every day.
Whilst it might appear that every Instagram account is filled with healthy meals, fresh and smiling faces and people with bodies to die-for, the reality is that people flaunting this life had to start somewhere in living their best and fullest life.
However, what usually happens is that people start on the path to health and happiness with gusto. They start the new diet, chage the way they eat, start exercising like crazy, begin meditating daily and start practicing self-care. They share their newfound lifestyle habits on Instgram and Facebook and tell all their friends and family about their exciting, healthy new life.
And then....after a few weeks or months...life happens and they fall off the path and find themselves exactly back where they started. They just don't share this part on social media!
I know only too well how easy it is to fall off the health wagon. Lucky for you, I have been building a community of health-seeking women for the past five years, and I have come to learn the core elements needed to build a lifestyle that truly is healthy from the inside out. I have found that when you have support, guidance, the right resources and the appropriate tools at your disposal, it is easy, fun and fulfilling to be healthy, which means you stick with your goals and finally start living your best life!

I have put-together this membership portal so that staying healthy can be fun, easy and interesting so that you can establish healthy lifestyle practices that you stick with for life, and where you can get the guidance, support, connection and inspiration that you so desire. This is for you if you want to try and get it together in a safe space where you can be yourself and get help as you go through life's challenges!
Each month will focus on a different area of health and wellness, making it easy for you to target a specific area of your lifestyle. This will be delivered as an online presentation which you can download and watch anytime and will also come with handouts so you can get inspired when it fits in with you. We will vote on which topic I will cover in the next month.
Twice each month, I will host a live group coaching call exclusively for Healthy Living Lounge members. On these calls you can ask me anything at all, and I will coach you on areas of your life that you need extra support with. If you can't make the calls live, you can email me questions in advance and I will cover them during the group call. All calls will be recorded.
I will share handouts, worksheets and other resources that tie in with each month's focus so you can refer to them as you make changes towards your new healthy life. You can access these anytime from our membership portal or download them to your computer or device so they are always available to you when you need them.
Every month will include a brand-new meal planner, collection of recipes and a shopping list to provide you with inspiration in the kitchen, so you will no longer have the excuse of not knowing what to make for breakfast, lunch or dinner. You can also ask me questions about any substitutions or swaps so that you are supported all the way.
You will receive an email from me at the beginning of each week so that you don't forget about the work you are doing, and to keep you feeling inspired, excited and supported! I will remind you of things you should be focussing on and will give you gentle butt-kicks to keep you on the path to where you want to be going.
You will be able to connect with like-minded healthy people in our private Facebook group where you can ask and answer questions, share your insights as you engage in each month's materials and get plenty of encouragement from me and the others. Everything is in the Membership portal! You just log in and can access all the class presentations, call recordings, worksheets and handouts, and more — for the current month AND all previous months. You can access the Membership portal from all your devices: computer, tablet, smartphone. You can also download the presentations and calls and save them onto your device to listen to when it is convenient. And to make it SUPER easy to remember to check into the portal and to assist you to stay consistent, I send an email at the start of each week to remind, encourage and support you!
You really get a lot of value every month, at a very affordable price for this kind of coaching. You will get access to me for asking questions, support and guidance from the community 24/7 and heaps of resources and tools to help you make the changes in your life. This a group membership, a community, but there are opportunities to get personal attention by showing up to the live group coaching calls every two weeks and being active in the Facebook group. In addition to these chances to interact with Simone, you will also find other members are really helpful, so if you need help, you just have to reach out and you will get it!
The days and times for these calls are yet to be determined and will depend on the locations of the majority of members so that we can choose timings that work for most people. The two calls will be on different days of the week and alternating times so we can try and accommodate for different schedules and time zones as much as possible. All the calls will be recorded so if you can't make it live, you will still be able to listen in later, and you can also email me any questions you would like me to cover in advance if you know you can't make it along live.
That’s up to you! This isn’t a course or workshop — there is no curriculum or set schedule. You can listen to the presentations and live calls, implement any challenges or complete relevant worksheets, read the emails and connect in the Facebook group whenever you want, as often as you want. If you’re super busy one week or month, don’t worry! You can’t fall behind! Your payment will recur automatically every month unless you cancel it via your Paypal invoice (which you should do before your month is up). If you choose not to continue your membership, cancel before the next payment cycle. If you forget to cancel and your payment goes through, you will not receive a refund, so make sure you mark your calendar and know when your monthly payment will recur!

I have a whole range of topics I want to cover each month. As a member you will get access to me and all of my knowledge that I have studied and learned over the past 5 years as a health coach. I will suggest 3 topics for the month ahead and I will ask members to vote on which one they would like me to teach. The first topic will be How to Kick the Sugar Habit, and other topics I want to present in later months include How to Boost Your Immunity Naturally, How to Increase Energy Through Nutrition, How to Improve Your Emotional Balance, Stress Management For Busy People, How to Lose the Last 3kg... There will no-doubt be other topics that arise in our forum which I will then consider teaching about as well- it will be very democratic and based on what members want!
